Horton Design Associates, Ltd
Mimi Horton has been in the interior design business since 1969, founding Horton Design Associates, Ltd. over 35 years ago. Her experience includes full-scale projects in Sun Valley, East Hampton, Greenwich, Nantucket and Jupiter Island. Mimi's highly-developed sense of style is traditional, as she stays within a framework that is architecturally and geographically appropriate, but also progressive, as she rarely repeats herself and continually searches for ways to give her clients something different. Beforehand, Mimi worked at Vogue magazine, and then attended New York School of Interior Design. She has previously been listed as one of Town & Country's top designers to watch.

Stephanie Horton joined the family business after four years working for renowned antiques dealer John Rosselli in New York City. There she was inspired by John's keen eye for traditional antiques with a dash of the exotic. She managed the relationships with Rosselli's trade showrooms in Chicago, Miami and Washington D.C., as well as his design representatives in Boston, Atlanta and Los Angeles. Stephanie also spent four years as the US manager of an exclusive line of fabrics by Robert Kime Ltd., the London-based appointed supplier of antiques and interior decoration to HRH the Prince of Wales. Prior to that, she worked in public relations and investor relations, where she polished her skills in client service and communication. Stephanie's love of textiles, flair for art and accessorizing, exacting nature and attention to detail bring a fresh edge to an already well established and distinguished business.
